With almost 20 years experience in digital, I’ve helped many organisations from ambitious entrepreneurs, to well-known non-profits and small business owners improve their understanding of digital marketing to help them grow their online presence.

My Journey

My introduction to the world of digital marketing  began in the early days of ecommerce and social media, when I built and later sold a successful interiors ecommerce brand.  I learned and honed my craft on-the-job using Facebook and Twitter in their infancy and growing a presence on Instagram before it was ‘a thing’.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to empowering businesses through consulting and training, continuing to develop my skills and apply what I’ve learned in the real world.

I am currently contracted as a digital marketing trainer for skills bootcamps, learning content developer for multi-channel-marketing apprenticeship, and a digital marketing consultant for a SAAS training business. I also work as a coach and mentor for the Google Digital Garage delivering sessions both remotely and speaking at in-person events.

I’m passionate about using my expertise to upskill individuals and businesess. As a straight-talking, results-driven digital marketing coach, I have a clear communication style and promise to keep things jargon-free!

Whether it’s a one-to-one session or a group workshop, I focus on practical, actionable advice that makes digital marketing accessible and engaging. I pride myself on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that makes our journey together not just educational but also enjoyable.

I deliver training both remotely via Zoom and Google Meet or in-person – whatever works for you, works for me.

• Digital marketing strategy development and execution for a variety of sectors—from technology training providers to non-profits—maximising their digital presence through targeted marketing tactics like SEO, email, social media, and paid advertising campaigns as well as using AI for productivity.
• Delivered and developed Make It Click introductory digital skills training courses (level 1 and level 2) for multiple non-profit organisations.

I hold a Level 3 AET qualification in education and training (PTLLS) and am well-versed in various Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Canvas, Moodle and Litmos.
